Christmas Cards

I am now feeling a little more Christmassy, with all the Christmas lights and festive adverts! Sooo I decided to continued with some of my Christmas card designs :)

Christmas.. already!

I've been thinking about Christmas. Unfortunately Christmas time is underway at work, so the promoting and decorating is happening! So I thought I would get into the festive spirit early and create some cards. :)

Love Collage

I have been playing around with some collage. Using magazines, some beads I found and string. I used PVA glue and clear tissue paper to add texture to the image. Overall pretty happy with the results - and trying something new :D

Chalet Chef Cover

I have been working on a new project I set myself. I am using my experience as a Chalet Host to write a book, using the recipes I learnt and the photos I took to build a scrap-like cook book. Not only will it be a cook book, I want to fill it of stories and tips that will come in handy for future seasonaires. This is my front cover I am currently playing around with :)

I have been creating mock ups of Bath Magazine using my work as editorials.

St Ives

I have an Iphone! And it's amazing! I have found this ap that makes your photos look AWESOME! I especially love the top photo! Very old school! :D and ST Ives was quite good too!

Bear Cards

I did some work experience at Paperclip Cards, which was awesome I got to design greeting cards and print foils and exciting things on them. The top image of a bear on the bike is my favourite and the one I printed with extra purple foil.

More Beautiful Bath

I have continued my Bath theme, I aim to create a little collection and make some post cards. I have just bought a cheap mini Screen Printing kit and plan to print some design and add some colour to my line drawings... Thinking of maybe printing onto tea towels toooo...

Harry Redknapp What a man!

It's been a while since I've posted on my blog. I have been busy trying to earn myself some money of the Christmas period. These are a few sketches I've done today. Being back in Bath makes me realise how beautiful a place I've grown up in. So I decided to go back to drawing some of the buildings. I am thinking of experimenting with colour on my next attempts, because my blog is starting to look a bit black and white!

I am back and I bring you BEARS

Sooo I haven't updated my blog for a while to be honest it's mainly because I haven't had a chance to do many illustrations. I have been very busy working to get myself some pennies. So this is some drawing I have done this week, mainly of bears. I do love Pandas they are sooo cute! :D

Birds, Birds, Birds

Sooooo I have been busy with my new receptionist job, which has been invloving FULL time hours! As any student would understand it hasn't been easy getting back into the swing of working. Due to this my creative flow had come to a temporary stand still. However today was my first proper day off with nothing to do, so I found myself in the Garden drawing the little birds that my mum likes to over feed!! Hopefully this will be the beginning of a creative roll!!!

Degree Show

My Business Cards :)

I have designed 2 business cards for one of my Modules :) Seemed to be cheaper to order them in Bulk so I've ended up with 200! Hmmm they could be difficult to get rid of.

Your Bus Driver

My final major is going to be a book about workers and what they do in their spare time. This is some sketch book work leading up to the Bus Drivers after hours activities. Inspired by a man I often see wondering around Plymouth and no I don't mean Michael Ferns!

Drew a few sketches whilst having a few drinks in a pub in Cheltenham. I thought Cheltenham was dead posh after watching their 'Come Dine with Me' but the people in Weatherspoons weren't!
